AIR CYLINDER/TINTING KIT

Rubber sleeves are a printing cylinder that uses removable rubber (EPDM material) sleeves effective for water-based, solvent and UV inks and coatings. Needs air pressure to fit sleeves in position.

This Air Cylinder can varnish or print full surface inking in any printing station. The air-assist and quick-change feature allows easy rubber installation and removal. The sleeves will be positioned via air cushion in the required place on the carrier cylinder.

It is a practical, fast, economical and safe solution, both for varnishing and for applying color. Normally it is done in standardized measures in order to facilitate the replacement.
