SLITTING UNIT

Longitudinal cuts or perforations can be done in a simple and easily way. We provide the most sophisticated slitting units, researching and innovating until we satisfy the most demanding needs of our clients.
We offer three different slitting unit systems:

Standard Slitting Unit:

This unit can hold rotary knives, very easy cut depth adjustment on each blade.

  • Cutting blades can be adjusted across the web width.
  • The best solution for slitting and perforating, as well as for edging trimming of material webs.
  • Available for Total Cut or Kiss Cut.

Scissor Cut System:

Gear driven unit to ensure maximum cutting reliability and precision. The track speed is transmitted via servomotor or gear battery.

Easy knife position with manual adjustment across the whole web width unit.

Razor Slitter Unit:

The Slitting Unit is not gear driven, and thus requires no power to run. That means you can easily install the unit onto the press wherever you feel is better to get a good result.

  • Control for lateral adjustment of individual blades.
